为更好的开发市场，公司坚持营销创新。制定了“抓两头，带中间，支持好的，研究差的，消灭空白点”的营销战略， 并采取“以商制商”策略，在全国省会及重要城市实行市场管理首席代表制度，建立“盼盼”旗舰店，通过旗舰店建设带动市地级样品店建设，辐射所辖区域市场，由此形成了有600多个经销处、5000多人组成的全国营销网络。盼盼产品覆盖全国，销量和市场占有率连续多年位居同行业前列，同时出口30多个国家和地区，并同20多个国家签订了代理协议。
